Our Staff

Dr. Garner is from the State College Area of Pennsylvania. She completed her undergraduate studies at Saint Francis University in Pennsylvania and went on to earn her veterinarian degree at the University of Edinburgh in Scotland.

She began working at Rainbow veterinarian Hospital in 2012, and her passion is working with large animals and emergency medicine. She and Dr. Fultz purchased the hospital in March of 2015 and have been working very hard to continue growing Rainbow Veterinary Hospital!

Outside of work, Dr. Garner's enjoys spending time with her family,  horse-back riding, traveling, reading, hiking with her dogs, Cinder & Maddy.

Dr. Fultz is originally from Economy, Pennsylvania. She completed her undergraduate work at Saint Vincent College in 2009 and her veterinarian degree at Ross University and The Ohio State University in 2013. Dr. Fultz began working at Rainbow Veterinary Hospital in February of 2013. Her long term goal was to own her own clinic, where she could provide excellent veterinary care in a welcoming and caring environment. She and Dr. Garner purchased the hospital in March of 2015 and have been working hard toward achieving their dream!

Dr. Fultz’s areas of interest include soft tissue surgery, internal medicine, and emergency medicine.

She and her husband live in East Palestine, OH on a small hobby farm with their twin daughters, 5 dogs, 5 cats, 2 goats, and many chickens and sheep.  She enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, reading, and traveling.

Dr. Burr is an Evans City, PA native who joined Rainbow Vet Hospital in June, 2020.  Dr. Burr attended Penn State University for undergraduate studies before traveling to Lincoln Memorial University in Tennessee for her DVM degree.

Dr. Burr has special interest in preventative medicine and senior care, as well as poultry and ruminant medicine. 

In her off time, she enjoys working on her family's small beef and hay farm, gardening, bonsai, roller derby, and live music. 

Dr. Kirner is originally from Connecticut, and joined Rainbow Vet Hospital in June, 2021.   Dr. Kirner completed her undergraduate studies at Grove City College and earned her veterinary degree from the Iowa State University.

Her clinical interests include emergency and critical care medicine, ophthalmology, surgery and she has become well versed in aerodigestive disorders of brachycephalic breeds.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her two beagle dogs, Formula One racing, and Costco.

Dr. Weigle joined Rainbow Veterinary Hospital in October of 2025.  She received her veterinary degree from Ross University.

She has a special interest in large animal medicine.

Nikki started at Rainbow Vet in 2008. She completed her on-line education and became certified as a veterinarian technician in 2014. In the fall of 2014, she took on the role of practice manager. As a child she grew up on a farm with various farm animals and worked at her mother's kennel. For several years she was involved in showing dogs and barrel racing. She currently has 1 cat, 1 dog, 1 horse, 2 mules and a few chickens, just for fun.

In her spare time, she enjoys horseback riding, off-roading in her Jeep and spending time outdoors with her dog. Nikki has never known life without having horses, cats or dogs and wants to keep it that way.

Alicia has been part of the Rainbow team since 2015. Prior to joining Rainbow Veterinary Hospital, she spent nine years in shelter medicine followed by four years at a Specialty Hospital.

When it comes to medicine, Alicia has a special interest in the areas of brachycephalic breed disorders, feline medicine and hospice care.  
Alicia really just loves being able to be part of the hands-on, technical day-to-day operations in the hospital with the team. She is always looking for new ways to improve patient and client experience in the clinical environment.

Outside of work, Alicia loves to travel and attend events with her husband and two children.  They currently share their home with three dogs, two cats and three very friendly geckos.

Pamela is originally from North Alabama, but has lived in Beaver County since 2011. She received her AAS in Veterinary Technology from Jefferson State in Birmingham, Alabama and became a Certified Veterinary Technician in 2010.

Her career has included working in general practice, managing a luxury pet boarding kennel, working with various zoo animals at an exotic animal sanctuary, and she started at Rainbow Vet in 2018. Her special interest in Veterinary Medicine is end-of-life care and making sure clients have the best experience possible when dealing with the loss of a beloved pet.

Pamela is on the Board of her local Women’s homesteading group, National Ladies Homestead Gathering, and is an active member of the Beaver Area Jaycees.  She enjoys spending time with her husband and kids, hiking and spending time outdoors.

Lauren is a Certified Veterinary Technician and Lead Technician who has been a valued member of the Rainbow team since 2013. She grew up in Beaver Falls and attended the Vet Tech Institute in Pittsburgh immediately after graduating from high school to pursue her passion for veterinary medicine. Shortly after graduating, she earned her Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) license and began her career doing what she loves. She has also had the opportunity to work at the Pittsburgh Zoo, gaining experience with a wide variety of animal species.

Lauren's favorite area of veterinary medicine is surgery, where she enjoys assisting with procedures and monitoring anesthesia to help provide the safest possible care for her patients.

Outside of work, Lauren and her husband share a passion for dirt track racing and own three race cars together. While they don't have children, their home is full of furry, feathered, and scaly family members. Their "little zoo" includes three Golden Retrievers, three cats, two parakeets, a red-eared slider turtle, and a ball python, all of which keep them happily busy.
